President Trump Has Stated He Wants To Cut Democratic Programs; Could The Communications Act Of 1934, Public Broadcasting Act Of 1967, Telecommunications Act Of 1996 And The Local Community Radio Act Of 2010 Be Rescinded And Replaced With A Light Touch Communications Act Of 2025 As Part Of Project 2025?

LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - Nobody's really bitching these days, including the 119th U.S. Congress about the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with it's 200,000+ rules built on layers of bullshit since 1934 and what to do about the FCC. As a matter of fact, President Trump has stated he wants to cut Democratic programs. Let's take a look at Democratic programs the President could cut through a series of Executive Orders rescinding each of these Democratic programs which could all be replaced with a light touch Communications Act of 2025 as part of Project 2025:

Telecommunications Act Of 1934

These could be four Democrat programs that President Trump could rescind and abolish through Executive Orders as a brand new communications authority based on President Eisenhower & President Kennedy princples of a true 10th Amendment solution under the U.S. Constitution that could be structured very much like the U.S. Small Business Administration with a central Washington, D.C. Swamp Director and then each state have it's State Swamp Director handling the communications affairs for their respective state.

The United States was designed to be a representative Constitutional Republic back in the old days of 1776-1789 but somehow found itself falling under a Kleptocratic Obligarchy after 250 years. It only makes common sense that Project 2025 could take us down this path based on our White House Office of Management & Budget Director Russ Vought conducting mass firings as well as creating a new budget for a new U.S. Communications Administration in a Communications Act of 2025 that consolidates the above four Democratic act programs. This is how a representative Constitutional Republic works when it all breaks down and can no longer serve the needs of a country that is now with a population greater than 330,000,000+ people. All it takes is President Trump picking up that big beautiful pen and placing a signature on an Executive Order to abolish the FCC and establish a new U.S. Communications Administration.

The only people that would be bitching would be the lobbying & bribery firms there on K, L, M Streets and around the corners from the FCC's central office on L Street in the Washington, D.C. swamp as U.S. Representative Matt Gaetz was referring to when he was talking about the lobbying & bribery firms back in January 2023 on the U.S. Congress House Floor to the nation. Those lobbying and bribery firms would now have to build offices around the corners of each state swamp Director should we truly see a President Eisenhower & President Kennedy solution as the mass firings in the Wasington, D.C. could continue over the next few weeks.
