He passed away on September 23, 2022 due to complete heartache and stress he experienced when dealing with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting from 2016-2020 and the U.S. Small Business Administration by early 2022 as well as many others in the State of Nevada while building the public broadcasting station for the tri-state area in preparation for it's larger station of what was supposed to be Las Vegas Public Radio Inc./KIOF 90.1 FM in southern Nevada. A proper burial is planned for the U.S. Navy Veteran, Senior, Teacher and Father at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada.
