Could the Trump Administration actually declare each NPR & PBS Member Station a RICO organization after the nation has been robbed through the Corporation For Public Broadcasting (CPB) since 1967?

Any declaration of a NPR & PBS member station declared under RICO would come after the intial 90% of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) employees have left the building on 9th Street by September 30, 2025. On October 1, 2025, the USDOJ could theoretically send out RICO notices to each NPR & PBS member station who was a Corporation For Public Broadcasting (CPB) grantee and declaring the organization a RICO organization. The first block of NPR & PBS member stations over the past 10 years and working it's way back through the great robbery in 10 year blocks is how it could all play out under the current administration. NPR & PBS member stations along with their lobbying and bribery firms could simply be raided by USDOJ officials through coordinating broadcast license revocations with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) during any abolishment/transition of the FCC into a new decentalized communications entity under an Eisenhower model to form a new Communications Act of 2025.

Kind of sucks to be a NPR or PBS member station who stole millions of the nation's and state tax payer dollars for themselves in their great yearly robbery while using their insider power within the Education Department across each state to block others using 2 tier policies for access to the nation's tax payer dollars making themselves the primary access yearly. As other CPB grantees could be processed for being accomplices under RICO of the great robbery over 50+ years, lookbacks could begin with these crooks and their lobbying and bribery firms around the corners from 9th Street who have been transforming a Republic into some sort of sinister socialist and communist country which is not compatible with a representative Constitutional Republic.

The law never stated any primary or secondary language with access to tax payer dollars. Hence the NPR & PBS grift (swindling and government censorship) that peeked by 2024 of socialist and communist movements to control the noncommercial broadcast industry when our friends Uri Berlinger at NPR on the way out the door after 25+ years and Tucker Carlson at Fox News exposed and blew up NPR for the nation. These are the more righteous people who saw crooks within the system for what they were as a hostile takeover of America was happening to install some sinister socialist and communist form of governance.

It was all concocted by the education department who disregarded and disrespected existing federal laws to divert the public broadcasting money away from the Department of Commerce and into the Department of Education using the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) as the socialist and communist catalyst of control to pick and chose which organizations succeeded and who didn't. Federal law stated it was to only be handled by the Department of Commerce as originally established when it was all stopped back around 1992...

And now you see what happened to America over the past 40+ years. The factual documents on file at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) show this to all be true and why President Trump had to take such drastic measures to end it all by ending the rise of socialist and communist elements that were making the USA look like 3rd world countries within the federal bureaucracy. There is much more to be eradicated on the core group of people (crooks) that hurt this nation tremendously over a number of years.

Would you donate or contribute to a RICO organization who could be delcared under RICO by the USDOJ? Ewwwww... you could be all stinky and smelly of RICO due to tax payer theft through embezzlement to operate and being prosecuted under RICO now.
