LVPR and KJPT 90.1 FM continue to experience service delays across multiple governmental and quasi-federal agencies here in southern Nevada due to failures of the Telecommunications Act of 1934 in SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (c) Of the sums appropriated pursuant to section 391 for any fiscal year, a substantial amount shall be available for the expansion and development of noncommercial radio broadcast station facilities and Nevada State Bill 555 of the Public Broadcasting Grant program administered through the Department of Education. We appreciate your patience and please stand by.
On Monday, March 20, 2023, KJPT 90.1 FM continued a series of maintenance updates to it's website infrastructure for transitioning from KIOF 97.9 FM based on issues reported by the general public after the July 4, 2021 release of our new website. We had asked the general public to not use our commenting system based on those bugs found and we thank you for your understanding. We expect to have the commenting system back up with a stable version sometime after KJPT 90.1 FM is on the air. Check back here for further updates.
