REMINDER: The former Las Vegas Public Radio Inc./KIOF non-commercial broadcast public radio station is in the process of returning back to air. The Las Vegas Public Radio interactive radio service and game module on the upcoming Portsonic Radio devices are a separate set of Internet of Things (IoT) services and you must have a Portsonic Radio device to use those services. Those services are the commercial split of the former Las Vegas Public Radio Inc./KIOF non-commercial broadcast public radio station being restored under the Telecommunications Act of 1934 on Pages 201 and 202 in SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (c) Of the sums appropriated pursuant to section 391 for any fiscal year, a substantial amount shall be available for the expansion and development of noncommercial radio broadcast station facilities.
